Noted entrepreneur Srinivas Raibagi was elected chairman while N S Sagar was elected vice chairman. Nikhil Jain (Secretary) and Gaurav Desai (Treasurer) were the other office bearers elected at a meeting that was held prior to installation.

The club focuses on various service projects, including education, healthcare, and environmental conservation.
